韩培尧(1938.12—)安徽安庆人。擅长油画。1954年毕业于东南 艺术学院附中。西安美术学院油画系肄业。1970年入安庆市文明 馆、展览馆，安庆市书画院油画工作室主任，美术师。作品《那1 年》入选建党60周年全国美展；《醇香的山寨》入选第七届全国美展；宣扬 画《要努力掌握古代 化科学技术》入选首届全国科普美展。
