伊明·哈斯力(1942.11—)维吾尔族，新疆吐鲁番人。擅长油画。1957年毕业于新疆第二师范学校，1981年入浙江美术学院进修。历任新疆大学附中、吐鲁番1 中美术教师，吐鲁番市文明 馆馆长。作品有《边防来信》、《火洲八月》、《历史的1 页》等。
