李萌，(1958.11—)黑龙江哈尔滨人。擅长连环画、油画、中国画。1983年毕业于解放军艺术学院美术系，留校任教。曾任总参通信部杂志社美术编辑，现任解放军文艺出版社美术编辑。
油画《路遇救险》入选建军50周年美展，连环画《白龙滩平叛记》、《朱老总的故事》入选第六、第七届全国美展。出版有连环画《小金鱼》。
