桂润年(1942.2—)别名青山，湖北武汉人。擅长油画、中国画。1963年毕业于湖北艺术学院附中，1968年毕业于广州美术学院。湖南省长沙市群众艺术馆辅导部副主任。作品有《踏歌行》、《升华》、《玛赛克》等。
缝湾人。早年毕业于湖北美术学院附中和广州美术学院。
师承著名画家关山月和赵合涛先生。中国美术家协会会员、中国文明 艺术促进会会员、文明 部属文明 艺术研讨 员。历任长沙市群众艺术馆美术摄影部主任、长沙市美协副主席、湖南省美协理事，长沙天心书画院副院长、长沙致公书画院副院长、湖南致公书画院履行 院长等职。
