现任中国书法家协会理事、北京书法家协会副主席、中国美术家协会会员、北京市文联理事、北京美术家协会理事。如今 中共地方 办公厅毛主席纪念堂管理局工作。现为中国书法家协会理事、创作委员会委员，北京书法家协会副主席，北京市文联理事，中国美协会员，北京美协理事等。师从欧阳中石教授。1996 年在新华社举办了首次个人书法展。

2004年5月，创作的陆游词<咏梅>在上海拍出后，将所得数万元全部捐赠给2007年世界冬季 特殊奥运会筹备中心。

2005年荣获北京中青年文艺工作者“德艺双馨”奖。

2006年11月，作为正式代表出席中国文学艺术界联合会第八次全国代表大会。

2007年3月，被中国书法家协会评为“书法进万家”活动先进个人，受表彰。

2007年11月，作品入选中国美术馆第二届当代名家书法提名展。

2007年11月26日，嫦娥1 号绕月计划美满 成功，为当日号外题写主题“嫦娥绕月”。

2007年12月，由中国书法家协会、湖南省文联等单位主办的《彭利铭、龙开胜书法回乡展》在湖南省美术馆举行。

2008年5月，随中国文联代表团赴澳门交流访问。

 作品常参展于全国性大型和大型国际交流展。重视 吸收众家之长，努力寻求 1 种自然的、超认识 而不超法度的线条美。作品力求气势与韵律的调和 ，用笔方圆结合笔力雄壮 、挥洒自若 。章法寻求 疏与密、粗与细、急与缓、轻与重的对立统1 组合。近二十年来，热衷于书画的宣扬 和活动的组织、策划工作，现无数 以千计、近百万字的文章发表于全国各大报刊杂志上。

 He is currently the director of the Chinese Calligrapher Association, the vice-chairman of the Beijing Calligrapher Association, the member of the Chinese Artists Association, the director of the Beijing Literary Association and the director of the Beijing Artists Association. At present, the Administration Bureau of Chairman Mao Memorial Hall in the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China works. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors and Creation Committee of the Chinese Calligrapher Association, Vice-Chairman of the Beijing Calligrapher Association, Director of the Beijing Municipal Literary Association, Member of the China American Association, and Director of the Beijing Artistic Association. He was taught by Professor Ouyang Zhongshi. In 1996, the first personal calligraphy exhibition was held in Xinhua News Agency.

In 1998, he participated in the "Calligraphy Exhibition of Ten Young People in Central State Organs" held at the Chinese Art Museum.

In 2002, he was named a member of the Chinese Calligrapher's Association as "De Yi Shuangxin".

In December 2003, he attended the Sixth National Congress of China Artists Association as an official representative.

In May 2004, Lu You-ci Yongmei was shot in Shanghai and donated tens of thousands of yuan to the preparatory Center for the 2007 World Summer Special Olympics.

In 2005, he was awarded the Beijing Young and Middle-aged Literature and Art Workers "De Yi Shuang Xin" Award.

In November 2006, he attended the Eighth National Congress of the Chinese Federation of Literature and Art Circles as an official representative.

In March 2007, he was awarded "Calligraphy into Wanjia" by the Chinese Calligrapher Association as an advanced individual and was commended.

In November 2007, the works were selected for the 2nd Contemporary Calligraphy Nomination Exhibition of the Chinese Art Museum.

On November 26, 2007, the lunar orbiting plan of Chang'e-1 was successfully completed, and the theme "Chang'e orbiting the moon" was written for the day's extra title.

In December 2007, Peng Liming and Long Kaisheng Calligraphy Return Exhibition, sponsored by China Calligrapher Association and Hunan Provincial Literary Federation, was held in Hunan Provincial Art Museum.

In May 2008, he visited Macao with a delegation of the Chinese Federation of Literature.

Works are often exhibited at large-scale national and international exchange exhibitions. Attention should be paid to absorbing the strengths of all families and striving to pursue a natural, super-conscious but not super-legal beauty of lines. The work strives for the harmony of momentum and rhythm, and combines vigorous and free-flowing strokes with square and circle strokes. Constitution pursues the unity of opposites between sparseness and density, coarseness and fineness, urgency and slowness, light and heavy. Over the past two decades, the organization and planning of calligraphy and painting activities have been enthusiastic. There are thousands of articles with nearly one million words published in major newspapers and magazines all over the country.
