叶繁（叶文武），本籍 湖南，1969年生于喀什，1996年毕业于新疆艺术学院雕塑专业，1997年结业于鲁迅美术学院进修班，2008年新疆农业大学园林景观方向获硕士学位，新疆美术家协会雕塑艺术委员会常务副主任兼秘书长，中国雕塑学会会员，中国工艺美术学会雕塑专业委员会委员，持有国家颁发的《城市雕塑创作设计资历 证书》，现为新疆艺术学院雕塑教研室主任。
