张润垲，北京人。擅长雕塑。1953年毕业于地方 美术学院雕塑系，1955年地方 美术学院雕塑系研讨 生班学习。后在中国雕塑工厂工作，其间入文明 部主办的雕塑训练班学校。地方 美术学院雕塑创作研讨 所教授。作品有《少先队员》、《伐木工人》、《斯诺在中国》、《小萝卜头》等。《宋庆龄》（合作）获全国首届城市雕塑评奖最好 奖，《滑雪之歌》获第四届全国体育美展三等奖。《陈胜、吴广》、《长征路上》收藏于中国历史博物馆、中国革命博物馆。出版有《雕塑家看国外雕塑》、《雕塑教学》等。
