刘西林(1920—已故)河北南皮人。1936的毕业于简易师范，后从教。1937年“七七”事变后，为在训练班齐兵大队学习，1938年参军，1948年任东北电影制片厂演员、组长、工会主席、党总支书记、副厂长。1958年任吉林省文明 局副局长。
