赵瀛洲(1943.6—)辽宁丹东人，擅长油画。1969年毕业于地方 戏剧学院舞美系。中国煤矿文工团舞美设计师。舞美设计《丝路花雨》、《杨贵妃》参加全国舞台美术展览；油画《脚》入选北京美协油画展，《楼桥》入选香港回归1周年纪念展。作品多次在《美术》报刊发表。
