解勇，1974年生，获鲁迅美术学院学士／硕士学位，清华大学（美术学院）访问学者。现任沈阳大学美术学院副院长。从教以来，前后 出版专著、合著7部。近5年，共掌管 、参与国家、省、市级纵向课题5项，累计纵向科研进款三十余万元。
