蔡沧洲，1959年出生，泉州人。1982年2月毕业于福建师范大学美术系。现为中国美术家协会会员，中国建筑装潢 协会设计委员会委员，泉州画院特聘画师，泉州师范学院美术与设计学院客座教授。

Was born 1959, fontal city person. Was graduated from faculty of art of Fujian Normal University in Feburary 1982.
