姚发奎(1936?6—)别名姚奎，山西垣曲人。擅长装潢 壁画、中国画。1962年毕业于地方 工艺美术学院装潢 绘画系壁画专业。人民美术出版社创作室主任、总编辑助理。作品有陶瓷镶嵌壁画《桂林山水歌》、中国画《小鸟天》等。出版有《姚奎画集》。
