张恩卫(1958.6—)广东人。擅长油画。1986年毕业于上海教育学院艺术系。1988年担任《音像世界》杂志美术编辑，1991年至今担任中国唱片上海公司美术编辑。油画《血染的风采》(合作)入选建军60周年画展，《顽》(合作)入选第七届全国美展，《夏》入选第二届全国水彩画、粉画展并获优秀奖。
