黄绍京(1936—2000)别名青安，江苏南京人。擅长油画。1958年毕业于地方 美术学院油画系，曾在青海艺校，青海师范学院艺术系任教，生前系中国美术家会员，青海省美协理事。安徽省邮资票品局高级工艺美术师。作品有《青海湖》、《老书记》、《啊，大路》等。
