赵明，辽宁兴城人。1984年毕业于鲁迅美术学院师范系，2000年毕业于鲁迅美术学院油画系，获硕士学位。现任鲁迅美术学院油画系第二工作室副主任导师。鲁迅美术学院副教授，中国美术家协会会员，中国油画学会会员，辽宁美术家协会会员。作品多次参加全国美展、单项全国美展，并曾获奖；曾被中国美术馆、鲁迅美术学院美术馆、画廊和私人收藏。
