陈素春(1930.2—)女，广西桂林人。擅长美术编辑、中国画。1952年毕业于广西艺专美术系油画专业，留校任教。后任广西省画报社、广西省美术工作室、广西省团委《少年报》青年报美术编辑，《广西日报》主任编辑。作品《绿化祖国》、《她掌握了技术》入选首届全国青年美展。作品有《打松子》、《彝家姐妹》、《彝家女教师》、《苗族女医生》、《瑶寨金秋》、《金色的楷杷》、《国陲中秋月更圆》等。
