刘景胜(1949.4—)笔名土人，河北丰润人。擅长油画、版画。1968年毕业于北京工艺美术学校，1986年毕业于天津美术学院。国防科工委政治宣扬 部文明 干事。作品有版画《上天之路》、《金秋》等。
