王永康(1937—1998.4)，男，四川江津人。中国美术家协会会员，擅长油画、美术史论。
1959年毕业于东北 美术专科学校绘画系油画专业。历任山东艺术专科学校、德州地区稿邑师范学校美术教师，山东师范大学艺术系油画教研室主任，山东艺术学院美术系副教授。
作品有油画《相亲》。论文有《谈绘画的写实与变形》、《东方 “古代 派”绘画》等。
