李英伟，1963年12月生于吉林省镇赉县。1984年考入东北师范大学美术系油画专业，1988年毕业于东北师范大学美术系，现为沈阳大学美术学院油画系，教授、硕士研讨 生导师、辽宁美术协会会员、中国美术家协会会员、辽宁省青年美术家协会理事、沈阳市美术家协会理事。
