齐梦慧，教授，国学学者，1935年7月生，河北乐亭人，满族。1963年地方 美术学院油画系（董希文工作室）毕业，从师董希文、詹建俊、梁运清、林刚、李苦禅、黄均。齐梦慧是一名 德高望众的美术教育家和当代有影响的艺术大家。历任世界华人联合会（总会）主席团主席、中国传统文明 促进会高级艺术顾问、中国艺术家交流协会毕生 名誉主席等。
