兰力斌，1954年生于黑龙江省海伦县。1986年毕业于哈尔滨教育学院，1989年至1991年考入地方 美院油画创作研讨 班并结业。现为黑龙江省画院1 级美术师、艺术委员会委员，中国美术家协会会员，黑龙江省美术家协会理事。
作品《牧古沉冬》入选第八届全国美展；《心灵家园》入选第九届全国美展；《藏北·夏玛乡的朋友们》入选第十1 届全国美展；《朦胧的凌晨 》入选1998年首届中国山水画油画风景展；《走出冈底斯山》入选2003年首届北京国际美术双年展；《赛巴之冬》入选第三届北京国际美术双年展；《唐古拉北线》入选第四届北京国际美术双年展；《小骑手》入选第三届中国体育美展；《峡谷歌声》入选纪念毛泽东讲话发表60周年全国美展；《赛巴之冬》获黑龙江省第六届文艺奖1 等奖；《心灵家园》入选黑龙江省第十1 届“群星奖”美展获1 等奖；《藏北·夏玛乡的朋友们》获黑龙江省第十1 届美展二等奖；《牛与牧女》获黑龙江省庆祝香港回归艺术系列展铜奖。
论文《藏区油画创作谈》及油画《心灵家园》等6幅作品发表于1999年《美术》杂志第1 期；论文《西藏我的创作之源》及油画《走出冈底斯山》等10余幅作品发表于《美术》杂志2003年第4期，配有编者话；《走出冈底斯山》发表于《美术》杂志2003年第10期，北京国际美术双年展专题介绍；论文《从强势体育联想中国美术》、《青藏之旅》、《创作随感》发表于《文艺评论》杂志；2000年地方 电视台美术星空访谈并播出专题节目；2000年地方 电视台艺术品投资栏目连载《兰力斌油画作品——心灵家园》。
