赵蘅(1945.4—)女，浙江温州人。擅长油画、色粉画。1964年毕业于地方 美院附中，前后 毕业于文明 部动画大专班，地方 美术学院油画专修班。1976年在中国农业电影电视中心从事动画设计。1995年为地方 电视七台从事美术设计和素描，副高级电影美术师。1989年起出版自编绘的童话连环画。作品油画《太阳很足的晌午》获全国建党七十周年美展银奖，中国美术馆收藏。作品有《豆油灯》、《吕霞光画室的凌晨 》、《苹果和叶子》等。出版有《赵蘅画选》。曾获三届冰心文学奖。
