卢新华，著名画家。1954年10月14生，陕西宁陕人。清华大学美术学院副院长，教授。教育部全国高等教育自学考试指点 委员会艺术类专业委员会秘书长，中国美术家协会会员。
1978年9月考入地方 工艺美术学院
1982年7月毕业获学士学位
1992年9月以同等学历考入地方 工艺美院退职 博士生，1997年7月获博士学位。
