于普洁，1943年生于山东，擅长水彩画、粉画。自幼酷爱绘画，1961年入伍，曾拜著名油画家何孔德、高泉等为师，在他们指点 下创作。1968年青岛市京剧团舞美设计，1969年至今青岛日报社美术编辑。1989年毕业于地方 电大旧事 专业。现为中国美术家协会会员、山东画院特聘高级画师、山东旧事 美术家协会副秘书长、青岛美协油画艺委会顾问。1973年以来，有水彩画油画作品参加全国展览。《于普洁作品选》由天津人民美术出版社出版发行。1998年5月，油画作品参加中国艺术博览会。11月，油画作品参加上海艺术博览会。水粉画《太平湾的凌晨 》入选“第四届全国水彩水粉画展”。“于普洁大海油画展”在上海展出。《对虾历险记》获第1 届全国科普美展二等奖。作品不少为海外私人及机构收藏。
1973年《锻炼》入选全国美术作品展，并随《古代 中国画》出国展览，被国家收藏。
1978年油画《逐浪高》入选华东六省1 市肖像作品展，入选《肖像画集》。
1980年彩色水粉连环画《邱少云》由人民美术出版社出版发行。
1987年水粉画《更上1 层楼》入选“第1 届全国水彩水粉画展”。
1990年水粉作品《布达拉宫》、《晚归》，展出于埃及、摩洛哥、斯里兰卡，由中国文明 部组织。
1992年水粉画《海韵》入选“全国第二届水彩水粉画展”，荣获优秀奖。
1993年“于普洁油画展”在台湾台北、高雄两市展出。
1996年水粉画《海歌》获“第三届水彩水粉画展”铜奖。　1997年油画作品《蓝色的梦》、《海歌》、《金辉曲》入选日本国际艺术节。
