李长敏(1942.2—)回族，云南昭通人。擅长美术史论、油画。1963年毕业于云南教育学院。现任昆明师专艺术系工艺设计及艺术史论副教授。作品有油画《长城之歌——聂耳》、《婚前洗脚的苗族新娘》在全国首届风俗画展大奖赛获佳作奖。翻译出版艺术史论《在大时代前面》三部《辽奥纳多·达芬奇》、《拉斐尔·桑蒂》、《米开朗基罗·邦内罗提》。
