顾祝君，1 九三三年生。别名 祝军。江苏如东人。擅油画。天津人民美术出版社。
1954年毕业于地方 美术学院华东分院。曾在湖北省群众艺术馆、《河北日报》、《唐山劳动报》工作。天津杨柳青画社创作员，艺术研讨 室研讨 员。
作品有年画《金泉》、《全心全意》、《喂小鸡》、《新麦香》、《留亲人》，油画《母女》、《艳阳》、《雨林》、《草原》等。论文有《杨柳青年画个性美与制造 艺术》、《关于年画情节安排的1 点体会》等。出版有《顾祝君沈大慈画集》。
