陈邦植(1942.11—)江西九江人。擅长水彩画。自学绘画。曾在昆明市聋哑学校任教，现为昆明市殡仪馆宣扬 干事。作品《土肥》、《泼水节》入选全国水彩画展；《小渔民》入选第三届全国水彩、粉画展，《牧歌》获全国水彩画大展评委提名奖。
