柳重生 ，江苏常州人。擅长水彩画。曾在上海山河美术研讨 所学习绘画。历任《安徽文明 报》、《铜陵日报》记者、铜陵市黄梅剧团美术设计、市文明 局美术干部、合肥市《清明》杂志社美术编辑。现为安徽省美术家协会1 级美术师。作品《雨后》、《冬之恋》、《白马》、《绿色奏鸣曲》等曾入选第六、七届全国美展?、全国历届水彩、粉画展。作品有《山魂》、《白桦之梦》等。出版有《柳重生 水彩画集》等。
