杨永葳，1955年生，桂林人。1982年毕业于广西艺术学院美术系，获学士位。1992年结业于广州美术学院水彩画研修班。中国美术家协会广西分会会员。广西水彩画艺术委员会委员。桂林市美术家协会理事、桂林水彩画艺术委员会主任委员。现任广西师范大学艺术系副教授。1998年水彩画作品《小镇》参加全国写生展。1999年水彩画作品《工艺摊》参加全国第九届美术作品展，并获广西美展1 等奖。2000年，水彩画《山寨芦笙》参加全国第5 届水彩，水粉画展，并获优秀作品奖。

Yang Yongwei, unripe 1955, guilin person. Was graduated from faculty of art of Guangxi art institute 1982, obtain bachelor. Complete a course ground at aquarelle of Guangzhou academy of fine arts 1992 long class. Member of branch of Guangxi of Chinese artist association. Committee member of committee of Guangxi aquarelle art. Committee member of chairman of committee of art of aquarelle of director of association of Guilin city artist, Guilin. Currently holding the post ofart of Guangxi Normal University is an associate professor. 1998 aquarelle work " small town " attend countrywide paint from life to exhibit. 1999 aquarelle work " craft spreads out " attend work of the 9th art of countrywide to exhibit, obtain Guangxi beauty to exhibit first prize. 2000, aquarelle " mountain fastness a reed-pipe wind instrument " attend the 5th watercolour of countrywide, gouache is exhibited, win outstanding work award.
