宋焕成(1944—)河北人。擅长水彩画。毕业于首都师范大学美术系，曾任北京市密云县文明 馆美术组组长。作品有《农家院》《藏节欢腾》《紫丁香》《喀纳斯秋韵》等。
1968年毕业于首都师范大学美术系
1981年自调入清华大学；任教
1981年~1991年清华大学宣扬 部，美术摄影组组长，清华大学建筑学院美术教师
1991年~如今 清华大学艺术教育中心（曾任美术室主任）、教授
其中1996年~1997年赴日本东京艺术大学和日本尼康株式会社访问，研讨 员。
1996年，任北京东京艺术大学客座研讨 员同年任日本尼康株式会社客座研讨 员次要 科研方向：“美术学”，“绘画与摄影”方向硕士研讨 生导师；
曾任北京市密云县文明 馆美术组组长。中国美术家协会会员，中国摄影家协会会员，中国高校摄影学会副主席，北京文联理事，北京摄影家协会副主席，北京高校摄影家研讨 会理事长。
现任清华大学艺术教育中心教授（美术，摄影方向，）中国高校摄影专业委员会副主任，全国高校摄影联合会副主席，北京摄影家协会副主席，北京市文联理事，北京高校摄影学会主席，中国美术家协会会员，中国摄影家协会会员。
1981年以来前后 在清华大学建筑学院，美术室及艺术教育中心从事美术（素描、色彩写生与创作，人像素描）摄影作品赏析，摄影基础与实践，摄影艺术创作，摄影与绘画色彩研讨 等本科生和研讨 生课程的教学，曾获教育奖励基金二等奖。
目前开设课程：摄影作品与欣赏色彩写生与创作摄影基础与实践、艺术摄影创作、人像素描和摄影与绘画色彩研讨 ”等本科与研讨 生课程；此外还担任清华大学艺术团美术社指点 教师。
摄影作品创作发表数千件，参加国际及全国展览，并在美国、日本、德国等展出，其中获全国1 等奖三次，二等奖六次，三等奖十5 次，优秀奖二十余次。多次担任全国性比赛和展览评审委员及组委会工作。
1971年以来，参加国际，全国展览，发表作品1000余件。其中获金奖3次，银奖6次，三等奖和佳作优秀奖30余次。在日本东京，北京，南京等地举办个人展览。2000年，获全国摄影教育“红烛奖”。美术方面：创作油画，水彩画作品100余件，参加第九届全国美展，第三届水彩画展，首届中国油画静物展，首届中国水彩画艺术展，中国风景油画展。出版有民居图集等，在北京，日本东京，青岛等地举办个人水彩，油画展。
作品《祈》入选第三届全国水彩画、粉画展；《农家院》入选首届中国水彩画艺术展，《藏节欢腾》入选第九届全国美展。油画《紫丁香》入选首届油画静物展，《喀纳斯秋韵》入选中国油画风景展。
