何玉门，别名大门，辽宁义县人。擅长儿童美术、动画。中国美术片导演、编剧。生于黑龙江齐齐哈尔。曾在齐齐哈尔市文艺工作团、民众教育馆工作。解放后在东北电影制厂美术片组，1956年调入上海美术电影制片厂。处女作《夸口的青蛙》颇受好评。次要 作品有《小鲤鱼跳龙门》、《小朋友们》、《好猫咪咪》、《善良夏吾冬》等。其中《小鲤鱼跳龙门》获1959年第1 届莫斯科国际电影节动画片银质奖；《好猫咪咪》获1979年文明 部优秀新片奖。他创作了十1 部动画片剧本。
