张安(1955.6—)天津人。擅长漫画。1979年开始创作。中国青年出版社美术编辑、副编审。作品入选中国幽默画大展并获奖，入选第七届全国美展。
出版有漫画图书《女性的魅力》、《交通法规漫画》、《漫画史记》等。
