姜启才(1935.5—)上海人。擅长漫画、儿童美术。1953年开始从事漫画、儿童美术创作。江苏人民出版社《垦春泥》画刊主编。作品有《晚会前的祝词》、《入耳 不中看》、《黑咪的故事》等。
