周立(1924.4—)吉林市人。擅长漫画。曾在国立长白师范学院学习美术，1950年到沈阳鲁迅美术学院读研讨 生，留院任教。1953年后在《辽宁日报》任美术编辑、主任编辑。漫画获1987年全国好旧事 作品二等奖。作品有《广告姓林，产品姓薛》、《无处藏身》、《华容道新谱》、《丰收拾趣》、《童工》、《难上九重天》等。
