易振瀛，满族，辽宁辽阳人。擅长雕塑。教授，1960年鲁迅美术学院雕塑系毕业，曾在辽宁省建筑设计院、辽宁省雕塑创作室、辽宁省美术馆、鲁迅美术学院雕塑系工作。
次要 作品：《渔童》、《朝鲜四人舞》（合作）、《雷锋题词碑》浮雕（合作），入选全国城市雕塑设计方案展；《奉献》（合作）、《运转四方》（合作），入选第二届全国城市雕塑艺术展；及《洁》、《友谊颂》、《青龙》等。
