林聪权(1949.1—)福建泉州人。擅长中国画、木偶雕刻。曾任福建泉州木偶剧团舞台美术设计，福建省画院专业画家。高级美术师。享用 政府特殊津贴。作品有《李清照词意》、《窗明几净》、《光辉榜样代代传》等入选全国性美展。曾获文明 部美术设计奖，中国民间艺术1 绝大展银奖、世界华人书画展铜奖。有作品被中国美术馆等收藏。
