陈通顺(1933.12—)江苏丹阳人。擅长美术教育研讨 、美术编辑。1957年南京师院美术系毕业，留校任教，历任助教、国画教研室主任、系副主任、《中国美术教育》杂志编辑部主任、编审。由教育部组织主编全国中等师范学校美术课本1 套(5 本)；江苏版九年义务教育初中、小学美术课本各1 套。参加了国家教委《全国学校艺术教育整体 规划》、《关于发展与改革艺术师范教育的若干意见》、《学校艺术教育工作条例》的起草。
