肖连恒(1925.1—)四川成都人，擅长漆画、水粉画。1953年毕业于成都艺专漆艺美术设计专业。毕业后留校任教，重庆四川美术学院，漆艺、水粉教学副教授。作品有漆画《公叶菊》、《水仙》、《山城新貌》等。
