崔栋良(1935.9—)河北文安人。擅长染织美术设计。1960年毕业于地方 工艺美术学院染织美术系，留校任教。师承张仃、庞熏琴、雷圭元、柴扉、周令箭、田世光、程尚仁教授。历任讲师、副教授、教授、染织系副主任、教务处处长。首届艺考模拟测评大型公益活动清华大学美术学院考官，著名工艺美术教育家，原地方 工艺美术学院教务长。前后 编写与发表了很多工艺美术教材与论著。《花的装潢 技法》、《风景装潢 画》、《动物的写生与变形》、《古代 装潢 色彩》、《壁挂艺术》、《黑白画法》、《归纳画法》、《写实画法》、《雷圭元文集》等专业性的编著与书籍。

1975年—2004年，美术作品与著作发表较多，影响较大。次要 作品为水彩画、水粉画、粉饰画、中国画、壁画。前后 参加了国内外不同类型的表演 。其作品前后 到奥地利、德国、日本、美国、加拿大、厄瓜多尔新加坡等国外表演 ，获奖与收藏。
