阚文青(1941.10—)别名叶青，四川南溪人。擅长美术设计。1963年毕业于四川美术学院。中国轻工业品进出口总公司高级工艺美术师。全国广告作品评选委员会评委。1974年创作并绘制壁画《桂林山水》；合编《外国贺年片选》。
