幸熙，男，舞台美术设计。原名赵之祺。出生于浙江省绍兴赵家坂村。中国戏剧家协会理事、中国美术家协会理事。自幼爱好美术。
1939年入绍兴私立孑民美育院学习美术。1941年进入上海南林丝织厂当练习生。1944年进入上海千里绸庄搞织物纹样图案设计，并利用专业 时间在雪声及东山越艺社前后 担任安装 设计、宣扬 工作及风俗顾问。1946年起从事舞台美术工作。曾任上海雪声越剧团美术设计，1950年4月12日参加了华东越剧实验剧团(上海越剧院前身)任舞美设计。1952年，任华东戏曲研讨 院艺术室美术组长。1955年，进上海京剧院任美术组长、艺术室副主任、工场主任等职。1956年加入中国共产党。1965年，任中共上海京剧院党总支副书记。1970年，调入上海5 七京剧训练班负责行政领导工作。自1950年以来，掌管 或参与舞台美术设计的剧目有40多个。
幸熙原名赵之祺，他的改名与绍兴孑民美育院有关。1939年，孙福熙等人在绍兴创建了美育院。幸熙被孙福熙看中，破格免费引入到孑民美育院学习美术。幸熙学习时特别用功，再加上少年白头，有目共睹 ，美育院院长李寄僧经常表扬他，并亲切地称他“老白头”。幸熙在美育院学习的时间不长，但由此热衷于美术，他将终身 定格在美术事业上，并取得了非凡的成就。幸熙把1 切都归功于绍兴孑民美育院的启蒙，他特别感谢孙福熙，是他将自已引入美育院学习，为了不忘孙福熙的恩德，他将自已的名字赵之祺改为了幸熙。
有：越剧《北地王》、京剧《杨门女将》、《淝水之战》、《野猪林》、《白蛇传》、《红色风暴》等剧的布景设计，越剧《梁山伯与祝英台》、《西厢记》、《白蛇传》、《春香传》等剧的服装设计。布景设计具有浓厚的装潢 性，风格多样，在戏曲服装设计上，提倡重视 历史风俗、人物特点，同时又符合古代 审美观。对戏曲服装的纹样研讨 更深，为越剧服装的创新贡献尤多。曾获1952年第1 届全国戏曲观摩表演 大会舞台美术设计奖。多幅作品在’89上海国际舞美艺术节上展出。在戏曲古代 戏的服装设计上也作过认真的探索，有必然 成就和创见。发表有《戏曲服装设计》、《戏曲古代 剧服装设计》等多篇著作。1958年后在上海戏剧学院兼任戏曲服装课教师。1955年至1972年，曾前后 随上海越剧院、上海京剧院、青年京剧团、中国戏曲艺术代表团、上海舞蹈学校等单位，多次出访苏联、东欧诸国和朝鲜、日本等国家及香港。生前久有编纂“中国服装史”的大志，早就着手搜集材料 ，可惜在“文明 大革命”中散失。1974年，又以坚韧不拔的精神重新查阅和搜集材料 ，直至临终已积累了这方面的大量照片和文字材料 。上海市文明 部门的领导对此十分注重 ，成立了“中国服装史研讨 组”，继续从事这方面的研讨 。??
