胡进庆，笔名：墨犊，江苏常州人，中国美术片导演，擅长剪纸、动画美术。
1953年于北京电影学校动画毕业，到上海美术电影制片厂工作后，参加过35部影片的摄制。他导演的10部影片备具特色。其中，剪纸片《 》、《淘气的金丝猴》、《草人》三部影片都荣获了文明 部优秀影片奖，《 》还在国际电上连获四次奖。胡进庆对剪纸片发展有着较大贡献。初期 他和著名导演万古蟾共同创研了中国第1 部剪纸片。其后又，试制了“拉毛”剪纸新工艺，从而摄制成水墨风格的剪纸片。在《草人》1 片中了羽毛工艺画的特点，该片1985年获广播电视部的优秀影片奖，并获“金鸡奖”提名。
