舒展(1945.10—)山东烟台人。擅长油画、中国画。1964年考入山东师范学院艺术系美术专业学习，1987年于地方 工艺美术学院特艺系进修结业。大学毕业后分配到解放军从事美术工作。现为烟台画院副院长、1 级美术师。油画《赛球场外》、《嘱托》等，中国画《新歌》、《总设计师》，年画《小岛夜校》、《和平之春》等。有作品被国家美术馆等收藏。
