张仲达(1952.12—)浙江嵊县人。擅长油画、舞美设计。曾在黑龙江黑河地区文工团、京剧团从事舞美设计。现任黑龙江省艺术学院舞美科讲师。作品《1 九八七》入选首届中国油画展，《我》入选第七届全国美展，《北方三月》获中国四季画展铜奖，《商场》入选建党70周年全国美展。
