苗培如(1944.10—)河北乐亭人。擅长舞美设计、油画、水粉画。1962年地方 美术学院附中毕业后毕业于地方 戏剧学院舞美系。1969年任河南省话剧团舞美设计，1980年后任中国儿童艺术剧院。1 级舞美设计师。舞美设计有《12个月》、《田野 》、《喜哥》、《少年周恩来》、《之伢子》、《豆寇镇居民和强盗》、《日出》、《塞上昭君》等50余部，其中《享用 坚难》获文华舞美设计奖。1994年后八次设计文明 部春节电视晚会，曾获星光杯优秀美术奖等。论著有《论舞台美术设计的导演认识 》等。
