张法根，擅油画。1950年学习于地方 美术学院华东分院，
1958年毕业于浙江美术学院。历任安徽文学美术编辑，省美协创作员，安徽省文艺创作研讨 室美术组副组长，中国美术家协会安徽分会副主席，上海师范大学艺术系主任、教授。现为旅美画家。
Zhang Fagen, good at oil painting. He studied in East China Branch of Central Academy of Fine Arts in 1950.
He graduated from Zhejiang Academy of Fine Arts in 1958. He has been an editor of Anhui Literature and Art, a creator of the Provincial Art Association, a vice-chairman of the Art Group of the Anhui Literature and Art Creation Research Office, a vice-chairman of the Anhui Branch of the Chinese Artists Association, and a chairman and professor of the Art Department of Shanghai Normal University. Now he is a traveling artist.
