张玉祥，男，汉族，民盟盟员，北京服装学院外型 艺术系教授，油画专业硕士生导师，中国色彩教育委员会委员；北京美术家协会会员；中国美术家协会会员。
1991年
油画作品《泸沽湖畔的普米姑娘》参加首届中国油画年展；
