张大畏，辽宁人，擅长油画。1984年毕业于解放军艺术学院美术系油画班。历任海军东海舰队政治部创作组创作员，八1 电影制片厂故事片室美工师。作品有版画《女广播员》，油画《向周总理汇报》，水粉画《完成统1 大业》等。
