高钟炎(1942—)白族，云南鹤庆人。擅长油画。1968年毕业于地方 民族学院美术系。1984年结业于地方 美术学院油画系进修班。曾在云南省展览馆、云南省博物馆工作，任教于云南艺术学院美术系。作品《救救西双版纳热带雨林》获首届全国科普美展二等奖；《春望》入选第六届全国美展；《青春岁月》入选建军六十周年全国美展。
