赵永勃(1964.2—)曾用名赵勃，吉林海龙人。擅长油画。1986年东北师大美术系毕业。并留校任教。油画《叮咚，叮咚》入选全国前进中的中国青年美展;油画《和平 年代》、《担架队》入选建军60周年美展;油画《木鱼》、《镜摊》参加“啊，东北”油画作品展。随后留学德国慕尼黑美术学院，现居德国。
